You can easily cancel your MILES Pass towards the end of the current term via your app:
- Go to the MILES Pass section via the main menu and select your current pass.
- You can check how long it is valid there, as well as on the invoice for your last MILES Pass.
- If you want to cancel your pass, tap on “Unsubscribe” and confirm your selection.
Please note:
- The Pass is automatically renewed for another month or year if you do not cancel it via the app at least one day before the end of the term.
- Once you have submitted your cancelation via the app, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the remaining term.
You forgot to cancel your MILES Pass in time or your booking was a mistake?
If you did not use the pass, feel free to contact our chatbot for a refund. You can find the icon at the bottom right. Please note that functional cookies must be activated for the icon to be displayed.
Important:
Please note that we cannot refund the subscription fee of a partially used and prematurely canceled Pass.
