- Cancellation of the current pass: Your pass will remain active until the end of the subscription period. After that, your subscription will automatically end, and there will be no renewal.
- Do nothing: If you want to keep your current pass, you can just continue using it!
- Switch to a new pass: You can switch to a new pass at any time and immediately benefit from the new advantages. If your old benefits have not been used, you can contact Customer Care to request a special cancellation.
Please note: It is not possible to re-book your old MILES Pass. As soon as your pass has been canceled, only the new MILES Passes will be available.
