How do I unlock the vehicle?

You can simply open the vehicle via the app:

1. Click on your preferred MILES on the map. Then choose 'Select vehicle'.
2. Check the car for external damage & major dirt. If you find something, report it using the "Report Damage" button.
3. Slide the button "Slide to open" to the right.
4. Enter your 4-digit PIN. At the same time, your MILES will automatically unlock & you can get in.
5. Take three minutes to set everything up properly before you start the engine and begin your trip. Don't worry, you don't have to pay extra for those three minutes. ✌️

Your PIN is your key to our MILES cars:

• With your 4-digit numeric code, you open your MILES before the ride.
• As an alternative to the PIN, you can also use Face ID or Touch ID to open your MILES. You can select this setting during registration or later via your MILES app.

You must never share your PIN:

• Keep your code confidential. Remember: the security of your account comes first. 💪
