In the first step of registration, you set up an email address and password that you use to log in to your MILES app.
Good to know: You can change your email address and password at any time in the app in the account settings.
Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address as usual when logging into the App and confirm by clicking "Next".
- Now select the option "Forgot password" below the input field and follow the instructions.
- You will then receive an email with a link, with which you can reset your password.
- You have not received an email? Please contact our support via email: hello-belgium@miles-mobility.com.
Please note:
- If you registered via PayPal, your PayPal login details are automatically applied to your login to the MILES app.
- Your PayPal login details can then only be changed directly through PayPal.
