How can I delete my account?

You can easily delete your account on your own in the app.

Here's how it works:

• Open the MILES app and go to the main menu by clicking on the icon in the top left corner of the screen.
• At the top, select 'Account' and afterward 'Profile'.
• Select 'Delete account' at the bottom.
• Tell us why you want to cancel your account and, if you like, let us know what you think we can improve.
• Select 'Permanently delete account' and confirm via the pop-up window that you are really sure about it. Done!
