What do I need to sign up with MILES?

Please note the following requirements to sign up with MILES:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Valid documents: EU & UK driver's license (credit card format) & valid passport or ID card (EU & UK, except Ireland).
• Residence: You need to be a resident within the EU or an EEA country.
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, Stripe Link, Credit card

Technical prerequisites:

• A personal email address and phone number, to which only you have access.
• An Android or Apple Smartphone incl. all relevant access permissions.
• Our free MILES app, which can be downloaded from your App or Google Play Store. 😎

Please note:

• We do not accept provisional documents or international driver's licenses.
• The MILES app is not available in the AppGallery for Huawei.
