MILES offers billing per kilometer as well as a range of hourly and daily packages. Thanks to our automatic rate calculation, you don't have to choose between the two options in advance. Based on your ride, the app will always automatically calculate the best possible rate for you.
Standard km rate
- You will be on the road without any time pressure with our standard rate, where you pay per kilometer and parking minute in addition to an unlock fee.
- If an hourly or daily rate is cheaper than billing each kilometer or your parking minutes individually, the best rate is automatically applied to your trip.
Hourly & daily rates
- For planned longer trips or further distances, you can select our rate packages between 3 hours and 14 days in advance.
- One day means 24 hours and these run from the start time of your rental.
- Unlock fee and parking minutes are always included.
Important
- For L vehicles, a minimum rate of €15 per ride applies. If your trip costs less than €15, you will be charged the minimum rate; if it costs more, our usual pricing system will apply. Please note: Protection Plus (reduced deductible) is not included and must be selected additionally if required.
- If you exceed the time limit of your booked package, the app will automatically charge you the next higher rate.
- If you drive more than the kilometers included in your selected package, you will be charged for the additional kilometers at a reduced price - but only as long as another package isn't cheaper.
- If you are unsure which rate to book, we recommend that you start your rental at the standard km rate. The app will take care of everything else.
