When do I have to refuel?

Please fill up your MILES when the tank is less than 25% full. You can find this info on the vehicle detail card in the app.

Important:

If the fuel level is below 5%, you must refuel in order to be able to end your rental.

Good to know:

• Refueling in Belgium is free at our partner gas stations. You can easily filter for them on the map in the app and start your navigation from there.
• Simply select the partner gas station in the MILES app, click on the distance indicator, and select your preferred navigation app to start the route.

💡 If you start your rental at our standard km rate and the fuel level is below 25%, you'll get a bonus of €5 for filling up the car. Learn more here.
