You can redeem promo codes in the MILES app – they will be added directly to your wallet.
Do you want to redeem a promo code? Here's how it works:
Open the MILES app, go to the main menu and select "Wallet".
Click on the blue link "+ add promo code". You'll find the link under the section "Top Ups".
An input field will appear. Enter your promo code here.
Correct code? Then you will see a description containing the value and conditions of your credit.
Confirm your entry. That's it! The credit will be added directly to your wallet and will be displayed under "available credits".
💡 In the invoice history, you can always check how long your credit is still valid.
My promo code is not working!
The code you entered is not recognized by our system or is displayed as invalid?
Please check again that you entered it correctly and that there are no typos.
Some promo codes can only be redeemed during registration or when logging in for the first time. They will not work if you are already registered with us!
Personalized promo codes, which you receive via the newsletter, can only be redeemed in your own account.
