What happens to my wallet balance?
- You are able to use your wallet balance up until the shutdown of our operational service. Bonus credits for refueling, friend referral or other compensation credits may not be paid out.
- For paid credits, you may request a refund after the final closure of our operational business. To process the refund, we’ll need your bank account details, as we can only issue the refund via bank transfer.
What happens to my MILES Pass?
- Annual MILES Pass
- You may enjoy all the benefits of your annual pass until our services end. If you have any unused months left, just reach out to us and we’ll help you with a refund. To process the refund, we’ll need your bank account details, as we can only issue the refund via bank transfer.
- Monthly MILES Pass
- Your MILES pass will remain active until the current renewal cycle ends. There won’t be an automatic renewal after March 12th.
What if I have an outstanding invoice or unpaid fines?
- Regardless of the operational shutdown of our services, outstanding invoices and unpaid fines will still remain open and will go through our usual dunning flow. We also still may charge fees & fines after the operational shut-down of the services according to our T&Cs.
