Credits & gifts

Credits are easily booked in the MILES app for yourself or as a gift for others. And the best part is that you can save up to 15%!

Here's how to buy credits:

1. Open the app and go to the main menu.
2. Select 'Top up & save money' directly or go to your MILES wallet.
3. Select the desired package.
4. Click on 'Top up now'.
5. Read all the information carefully & confirm your purchase.
6. The credit will now be added to your wallet.

Here's how you send credits as a gift:

• Go to 'Get discounted credits' in the main menu, click on the 'Gift credits' button & choose the amount you want to give away.
• Click on the 'Buy a gift' button.
• Read all the information carefully and confirm your purchase.
• You will now receive a promo code, which you can immediately forward to the relevant person.

Good to know: individual credits

• Should one of your invoices fail to be paid, you have the option of easily settling the outstanding amount via credits.
• In your MILES wallet, under "Top Up", you will see an amount that exactly matches your outstanding invoice.
• Please note: You will need to have a valid and covered payment method for this.
